gym gym again! went to katib gym yesterday instead of the usual bishan, but also alot of peeps. was wondering when can have a good body? shaun say long way. Haha! but thanks to him I'hv started training and found myself liking it! also this quote was ringing in my mind for awhile. (taken from 'One litre of tears')

well, 23 years of inactivity can't be undone by just 1 week of gym. so will try my hardest each time "No pain No gain" but wun rush it, set myself the target of next holiday!! andd guess gym is making me feel hungry fast, need food. according to shaun, his trainer eats 16 hard boiled eggs every morning. Oh my gandi! 16?!? Hahaha. I think I will go stock up on eggs too, proteins!

-> came across this during army, after BMT, always knew I be anyhow posted after I turn them down. got rifleman. was feeling down till I saw the quote, gone through the whole training course till join main body without missing anything or reporting sick! found good peeps around me too, its hard in there because there isn't really any aim, just to finish the course to be a rifleman or book out every friday. no fame or fortune, unlike those who went to sispec or ocs. still thankful for all the good peeps I met in there, overall army turn out well.
