back too blogging. wa! this blog getting commericalized, Haha. no worries. this blog still belongs too ben's reminisce. a little diary. a place too show off my life. Oops! I mean remember my life. Hee... anyway, went too bishan's gym yesterday with shaun. omg, gym is fun! so long never train till so shiok. according to him you will feel invincible, feel high, can do anything(LOL, not abusing drugs ah), atleast got someone train with you, better! and yupz, omg the peeps there got big muscles! me? I can only do abit, then can't feels my whole arms liao! Haha. train till like, your mind say you can pull the weight, but you use force, you hands can't move. LOL.

yep. arms still hurting but much better now. gotta go eat my super late brunch and run errands for mum. maybe go for a run later!, k. cya...
