Last tuesday of year!! well, suppose to be roller-bladeing day (can't blade, but wanna learn) today just due too only 3 person attending, according to shaun 3 person struggling there isn't really fun. LOL, so we change too next best thing. eating! Hehe. went to gym with shaun, bad! felt week totally. must jia you next time again. then took bus too bugis. 857. remember there was once we took from bugis trying to get back to yishun, Wah. it took us almost 2 hours to see the yishun, lucky going the other way is much much faster! thenn. we decide to eat wad shaun ate yesterday! steamboat again!! really funny!

was suppose to be crab-shack. flowercrabs feast! but it closed down. omg! lucky shank's friend msg him. else I didn't check, "we sold the bestway branch to someone else, but they still showing soccer" thats wad they told me when I called. No! I dun wan watch soccer, I want crabs! LOL. btw this wad happened on MSN.

so we end up at steamboat! Hahahaha! just 1 day after meeting up, met up again. think we are getting bored of each others (Shanky, Choonyan, zhi xiong, me! shaun) the soup and place actually is good! the MA LA is really spicy. affordable prices too, much better compare to tian tian steamboat, anyway tian tian is quite normal also but prices way exp. beeen so long since I last ate steamboat or buffet. think was platoon 1 outing before school started. so ate till stuffed! always enjoy steamboat, can slowly eat, enjoy the crowd's company! my family have steamboat every CNY! also the same gang of peeps missing treeman and jase that went to Settlers cafe! Wah, I miss boardgames outing!











after steamboat, all wanted ice-cream! so we went around look for ice-cream place thats still open. went to bugis junction all closed or closing, decide to go cathay for 'Ben & Jerrys' so walk the smu path, shaun and Cy gonna be walking here alot soon. btw got new building opposite of national library, looks like umbrella all over the external of the building LOL. also saw something cute! this bus stop sign outside hotel Rendezvous, LOL. so many signs attached to it, its the most I have ever seen! hehe. got to cathay, No! 'Ben & Jerry's' is closing. no movies too, waiting for ponyo!! then walked over to PS there, TCC is closing too, left starbucks. tuesday night blues I think. shaun then went to draw money, and came back with an ice-cream cone in hand from macdonals!! OMG! we also wan, so we wacked him up. joking. LOL. tot he say no macdonals? we then went down to macdonals! omg! its closing too. ended up only he got his ice-cream... LOL. so we went home for red alert.

rushed home after the celebration outing, was at AMK mrt station and its 12.20am already, called yunchi, wa! he did well (as expected) but his maths got B. bad news... I tot he would get an A so my chances got getting B will be greater, but still tried be optimistic. LOL. reached home finally, fumble around student link but can't find the link for results. the link dun work. just nice shank called me, help me get the link... Wah... ok. Haha... guess half of the worst happen.

yep. maths got C. haha. guess they didn't really moderate much. keep thinking I have done my best and all for that point of time. but maybe now think back, could have been more efficient, but I'm only human... totally burned my GPA. - went for a run yesterday, thinked hard(wad else can you do when running?), promised myself that I will never get a C again. No. Nothing below B. btw, maths is totally ****. I can't believe they fail peeps. I always heard stories. now I see it.

next intro to programming. B+? hahaha... guess I screwed my paper really bad. but.. I really tot I did well. was proud of myself. gonna email the tutor, if can check my assigment 2 marks. exams only 50% if my coursework 50% get A+, means I must have totally burned it. econs? Haha... got a minus but haiz. nvm! the other 2 modules. thanks all the tutors for their help! (mainly accounting. computing guy sux). also they didn't compute out our GPA for us. lazy school. ask us to do it ourself.

haha. high expectations for myself. now you know why I always say Fight on! everyday in school is War! LOL. but got a better understanding of the system. I alway tot I pickup things fast. but found that I am slow! haha... and concepts are the most important here. cose they gonna twist n turn everything! gotta understand everything next sem! I prefer tutoring learning too self-study reading learning, but NTU promotes PD (personal discovery). omg! dun care, will ask everything I want! but I admit I did have fun studying this sem. its so hard that its fun. Haha.

Regardless all. Lets push on and move forward for next sem! just wack harder. its not gonna be easy but 1 step at a time. I firmly believe we can graduate!

.Last Sunday Of '08.

The last Sunday of year 2008! went to gym with shaun, arrange to meet at 12.30 but left house at 12pm, took 854, end up reaching earlier than him, LOL. didn't really feel the strain of training till the last part, maybe next time must wack myself harder. yep! went for rosti at his katib CC (near katib mrt but dunno its name so calling it katib), its good! but not the ham n cheese one thou.

yep, rush home, rush out. Haha. suppose to meet at 6pm at orchard mrt, but I left home at 6pm, shaun chose 'Spaghettis' at paragon, nice place and lovely food, got my fav soft shell crab pasta! oops! forgot abt taking pics thou! Haha! then went to Indochine at wisma for drinks! btw! today is celebration for Shaun + Zhi xiong birthday! both on the 29th! hehe. and Ivan's farewell.











for Mr. Xiong, we got him iPod shuffle 'green'! + jbl earphones! chosen by wenru! hope you like it! hehe. we tried to trick him to find want he want by asking wad to get for shaun yesterday but he ask us to think ourself!! Happy birthday!











next Shaunie, we got him a guitar! yep! a guitar hero game wireless guitar! Haha! its Aerosmith limited edition 1! cool right? hehe. but I & tree like walk up & down the whole funan dunno how many times before deciding! and we tot it doesn't comes with the game so we end up getting the lastest guitar hero: world tour! for him too! hey, wanted to get thumbdrive for him at first, cose he dun hv. LOL :X more chillout nights at his place! nextup the drumsets + microphone! Happy birthday!

and for Ivan we got him a USB humping dog, which you attach too yr USB port it will hump it! Hehe. super cute! recommended by jase. Yep! all the best man! Glad that you got a uni you wanted! another good friend going overseas, lets fight hard for studies! yep, I cam whore again! Haha, we are all sitted around 2 small round tables so I went around and too take pictures with everyone one by one! Wahaha! wore my Liverpool jersey for first time too! and just nice we reach Indochine, liverpool match started showing! I guess 3-0 or 5-1! Wahahaha, Liverpool really win 5-1! LOL. but wen ru was really bored by us talking about soccer! hehe. and I kenna like beer more and more. use too hate it, bitter but now always craving for an ice-cold beer. anyway ended the night at swensens for desserts! also our 大小姐 'da xiaojie' requested from zhi xiong to bring back 1 umbrella from UK for her! Haha. the only thing in UK that catches her eye! and cose the last time she was there, she got the umbrella but didn't put in her luggage bag but hand carried and was stop by immigration offices before boarding. and apparently they think that the umbrella could be use as a weapon so she try to act 'pai ka' tried walking like need assistance from the umbrella. LOL. but fail... so now she finally got her transparent umbrella! but her's got 1 black border, I also got 1 umbrella from Japan is those you see in JDrama transparent *cute* but the handle is black thou :X

LOL. ate at "The prata house" ooh, their prata is super crispy! nice... but the price abit exp. and he still feel hungry so ate more at "The crab shack" Hahaha. its a small cozy place selling flower crabs food! ate there once before, got whole flower crabs for you + wide array of crab sides. and afforable! btw, the crabs are fresh everyday! yep. but today really empty. like beside us only got 2 other tables taken. eat till super bloated. also realise that gotta start planning for next 2 outing! this coming weekend and new year eve (must find out wads happening on that day)! anyway yep. about now! was looking at some quotes. saw mitch albom's quotes. yeahhh. remembered about his books. read them in army during my 2 trips too taiwan. for me the best is 'For one more day' and 'tuesday with morrie' alot of inspirational quotes and life lessons! maybe should borrow them from KJ too read again, always learned more when reading it 2nd time. hahaha. was reading the quotes and nelly furtado's songs was ringing in my head. hahaa! there was once I couldn't stop listening to her last album, 'Loose', powerpack, lots of great songs! got once was teasing shaun with yannie when he told us he go to 'good vibrations' concert and make friends with some hot blondie, so the story can fit into the album which goes like this(song title) - make friend(promiscuous), knowing her better(Maneater), wooing her(Say it right), then...(All good things 'come to an end').

.Christmas '08.

Merry Christmas!! just woke up at 7.30pm. oops. Haha. okay, just a little nap since 5pm lahh. but came home really late last night. What a rainy christmas's eve! guess it rained the whole day. went too gym around noon, yep. my arms cannot straighten since the previous gym. pain... but no pain no gain. Hehe. so yesterday did more on chest + abs. more gym sessions please! according too mr. KJ, once you do something more than a number(he can't rmb) of times it becomes a habit.







evening went for bachelor outing with army guys! KJ, Wei xiang & Mok! went too 'Cafe Iguana' at clarke quay for dinner. mexican food! their 'Fajitas' is good! (hot plate grill with tortillas) I ordered the

grilled chicken, while xiang-ge ordered the grilled prawns. KJ got some different grilled chicken with rice and beans. LOL. mok green pork chilli! but their desserts sux, the brownie is bad... still nice place too chill out! great for margaritas!

btw, they serve with 3 different levels of chilli sauce, the xxx spicy is powerful and tongue burning, but still no kick too KJ & mok, so we gave them our jalapaneo.(like green capsicum) yep, I tired abit myself, the first chew nothing much but the after shock is powerful. super spicy! warn them of the after shock. Mok and KJ then ate like half? KJ eyes became bloodshot. Haha. I tot he gonna cry. Mok tot is because he drank water, but more he drink, more spicy. LOL.











next plan before movies is too tour singapore, yep! lucky as we finish, the rain stopped for us! Hehe. more photos! wei xiang bought us cute santa hats! Haha. so decided that we should wear it the whole night! (Oops! half way blogging but went out for supper. HAHA.)

watched "yes man" a weird show. funny at times, but lame at times, but like how the movie theme of just be spontaneous and open to everything! hehe. and the show is wild! like when jim carrey and his gf just go to the airport and take the first plane available for holiday. must try tat 1 day. later end up somewhere in the middle east will be funny :X ooooo! red cliff coming out! on 9 jan! booked KJ n wei xiang for the movie. heee. He liked the first part! hahaa. I loves romance of 3 kingdoms. btw. counted down too christmas in cinema! yep! after movies went too 'Ah Wang HK cafe' for supper, too bad KJ got driving in the morning of christmas. so he ran away. end the night chit-chating. andd reach home at 5am, WX worst. thanks too SBS night owl. we waited over an hour for it and it never came, wa. yesterday night no service. but isn't yesterday "eve of holiday?"

.Lazy Sunday.

its 3pm! yes, 3pm! Haha.. I woke up today only at 3pm, omg! I even suprise myself. but got this unbelievable good feeling when I woke up, kenna like blissfully sweet, I love lazing in bed. love sleeping till waking up naturally. its lazy sunday! and also my body is like tuned to european timing, can only fall asleep after 5am, bad... guess gotta slowly adjust back to normal. but I work best after 12am. Haha. gotta convince myself that false before school starts again.

btw! this thing happened too me for my econs paper. the last paper, was in hall with tianci mugging all the way the night before, only managed to finish compiling all my notes around 12am+ then had another revision/memorizing before sleep, so prepared to sleep at 2am well the paper next day is at 9am, timed to wake up at 7am. but I was so excitied that I couldnt sleep! badd... I keep twisting and turning in bed. by the time its 3am almost gonna 4am. I even disturbed tianci, who too had a hard time sleep but manage too fall asleep. paisei! and... guess I was too excitied its gonna be over, at that time can't wait for holidays! I even told myself nvm, I'll just sleep after the paper then. in the end without knowing, fall asleep i think around 5am. and 7am woke up. HA, was super tired for the paper, depended on motivation for holidays and freedom to drove me on! hehe... still screwed-up afew questions thou, but anway just pray for me on 29th dec(results release) can also. LOL.

yupz, been taking it easy this week. games. drama. anime. eat. outing. sleep. runs. speaking of games. I gonna need too cut down liao, currently got 3 games on my desktop. Red alert 3, Football Manager 09 and ProEvo Soccer 09. swearing off FM09 liao, dun really enjoy it as much as FM08 (use to be my fav game) thou and its a time burner so had my fun and its over. PES09, be a legend mode is super fun, but each match is 20mins. gandi! anyway, will try to play less. (this 1 of the reason why I'hv been sleeping late each night) guess its only for weekends when schools start.

RA3, ha, the game all my friends are playing and till now I still not really sure how it works. LOL. got the game afew days ago. I dun wanna pay for it so tried downloading, dun work. some un-rar-ing error. then got the CD from shaun, installed it but cose I using his CD-key, we can't play it together over Lan. so gotta reinstalled it. still can't. tried again. oops! it works now. Haha! go in game. feels abit like those older Red alert... well I last played RA2 in secondary 1 or 2! I remember my last ever was in my grandma house. sleep over there for transit of house before coming over my current place. guess will only play this game with friends over internet. anyway. all my games are on my desktop. so for school laptop. my only Sin is watching videos or surfing net. unless facebook games :X

btw, added slideshow for blog! hehe. more stuffs! (loving the new blog wigets) and going gym tomorrow, gotta get fit. ippt window open liao. gotta start training. currently chin ups and SBJ are a problem, gotta wack myself hard on those. needa get back in shape. wait. was I ever in shape? .Christmas Exchange '08.

20th december! date with poly classmates, its our annual christmas gifts exchange! took alot of pictures so this post gonna be huge! Oops, sorry! as again, late :X anyway, the peeps met up at city hall, went to marina square(this month like every week go there. LOL) eat late lunch at 'waraku'. yesh, I'm super hungry! haven had breadfast or lunch yet. Hee, ordered curry katsu, love the curry! cant finish thou(too big). anyway did catching up till superyan come. he came with big shades, so must try! dun I look cool with them :X









WA, ah mah and SY got alot of interesting stories. btw they left 1 sem! oh myy.. 7 more sems too go! but most interesting is SY, she met alot of weird guys! (sing jay chow songs) :X Haha!!! need alot of probing to get the story from her thou, still not full story. then play translator translate for yannie (exaggerated abit :X but I tell good & honest stories). hmm... sad that alot of ppl didn't come thou. too bad for you guys, bleh.











Then went around looks for place for tea & coffee! starbucks is crowded, so found a nice comfy place at pacific coffee at one raffless link. (starbucks drinks are better). anyway, yinghuay then joined us, WA, she looks really different with new hairstyles. 'china doll'! (lately alot of ppl got this hairstyle :X but cute thou. heee.)


yep, then ah mah took out her preparations, strips of paper and pen, (good organizer) "our tradition"- write names then draw lots, used to use anything(servets, tissue, menu) we could find in the place last time. haha... yep, end up we need to re-draw 3 times, so there is always someone getting their own name, LOL. btw, shaun prepared a 'funny' present, we tot of that the last time we went shopping, of not bring anything, then when need to give present, start singing christmas carols and then give a hug! heee... and gengxian got it! LOL. but shaun got prepare pressie thou! and I got gengxian's present, all the way from manchester, UK. its a metal art peice of a frog sitting on a toilet bowl! cuteee!









anyway my pressie is kimmidoll! (yesh, a cute figuring with china-doll hairstyle) haha. cute hor? and this's called "Beni" representing "friendship". (meaningfull :X) yep and yinghuay got it! hehe. hope the doll brings her 'good luck' btw! the doll looks like her! so cuteee. perfectly for her.









Ah mah got a funny & playful gift from yannie, the number mat thing(dunno wads its called). yannie & SY got cute cups(if I not wrong) oops. WA, shuan's usb mouse is hot fav there! (geng got it) Hee... cute orange 'egg' mouse. (idea for next year's) and he can't remember ah mah got mouse for him before. shaun got more chocolates. eugene got a snow globe with no snow inside! Haha.

went shopping with gengxian after the Xchange, his brother wedding on monday! so he needs shoes fast. so walk around citylink and raffles city trying to force him into prado and others brands but he only wants hush puppies. but then as almost everyone got plans after that, (busy peeps). walk over too bugis with gengxian and SY, manage too find his shoe. Haha. anway ended the night chit-chatting with them over dinner. gossip about skool again! LOL, wa, SY suddenly become hip! go KTV, dancing, play pool, bowling. cool! yupz. interesting & fun day, can't wait for next outing!
