.Cali Gym & Vivo Shopping.

gym gym yesterday! wanted to go katib yesterday but geng xian 'Jack' called and ask for shopping at vivo! so we decided to try california gym at somerset there. got free 1 week try-out but as shaun guessed correctly they will bring you on a tour and try get you to sign up. but! we still end up getting to train and use the gym. hehe. the place is big and do have a lot of machines but katib or bishan gym is enough for me, NTU got gym too :P

btw, shaun commented the place got alot of 'ah beng' salesman. the guy serving us got pissed in the end I guess, he keep lowering the membership price for us and try get shaun to switch from fitness first, shaun also got gym membership else where liao. LOL. but I do want to note they are quite good too, helped us did a 'Body composition analysis' wah, I got the lousiest score! hahahaha. but still rated as 'good' health, no need worry! just abit too much body fat, 24% omg! aim to lose 10% for this year! so this goes into my to-do-list, consistent gym and cardio/runs workout every other day. my body strength distribution also need to be worked on, my legs are weak. need to strengthen them alot more as well as my left arm. the rest are all good.

after gym was hungry so we ate at the newly-open botak jones outside cineleisure, yep the food can rival astons. and both are expanding all-over singapore. afforable prices too! so do try it out. hehe. also as gx do not have an english name we decide to give him 1, 'Jack' hahaha. cose jack sounded close too his initials gx and not really common in singapore and its a really 'men' name. LOL. so we forced it on him when ordering food, as need to leave a name. keke! btw, we got attacked by bees! ok. not us, but our drinks. haha. they seems to like the mug root beer. LOL. too many of them, so we offered our cans too them. Keke. bees like softdrinks too? LOL. was funny, they 'attacked' afew other tables too. but do becareful if you going there!











after dinner went to Vivo city for shopping, gx wanted to look for Shirts to wear but shaun and I are only interested in the new national geographic store! LOL. we went there first. hehe. interesting store, lots of beautiful photos from all over the world hung on the walls. you can see the world in just 1 store! the displays are change regularly so they encourage you to go back often. it makes me so miss traveling! I'm a free spirit :X the store also has this big red tank, its a weather simulator, allowing you to try out extreme conditions that you could face during expeditions. didn't get too try thou, next time is a must!

after national geographic we wanna go home. hehe. joking, we went around looking for nice, good Shirts for jack. he's funny too, alot of the brands can purchase from UK cheaper. keke. we then went for ice-cream! at 'ben & jerry's' yep! got a double chocolate brownie, there goes my gym session for today. haha. gx got double ice-cream waffle. shaun got banana split. loved the ice-cream there. got interested in this vermonster sundaes. cose its $88! omg. we asked the staffs and even she was abit surprise, its a 20 scoop sundaes! haha. dunno if anyone order it before. gonna look for people to come mass eat it together. we then stay there quite long, eat, chit-chat, checking out other peep's gf. keke. and I forgot that I was a cam whore, LOL. so today I only took photos of the food and not with the guys. I would perfer it the other way around. sadd. anyway, gx returning back to UK next week, gonna be long 6 months before he returns, and do jiayou for your exams! all the best!
